By using weekendflights.app you agree to these terms.
What we do
We display indicative round-trip flight prices for weekend trips and link out to Google Flights, Skyscanner, and Kayak where you can review and book. We do not sell flights, are not a travel agency, and do not act as your travel insurer or booking intermediary.
No availability guarantee
Prices come from third-party sources and may be outdated. Always confirm the final price, baggage rules, fare conditions, and totals on the booking site before paying. If our price differs from checkout, the booking site's price is the one that counts.
Pro subscription
Pro unlocks long-weekend combos, time-of-day filters, and other premium features. Billing runs through Stripe Managed Payments. Plans auto-renew monthly or yearly until cancelled. Cancel anytime from the Stripe receipt email; cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues until the end of the current period.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape, automate, overload, reverse engineer, or resell the service.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is." To the extent allowed by Swiss law (Art. 100 OR), our aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We do not exclude liability for gross negligence or intent.
Termination
Either side may end the relationship at any time. We may suspend access for material breach. Refund rules are in our Refund Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Swiss law; place of jurisdiction is Zurich. EU consumers retain the protection of mandatory rules of their country of habitual residence under Rome I Art. 6.
Changes
We will notify subscribers by email at least 14 days before any material change takes effect.
