When and how you get money back
EU consumers — 14-day right of withdrawal
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Art. 9) you have 14 days to withdraw from your Pro subscription. Because Pro is digital content that starts immediately, Stripe checkout asks you to consent to immediate access and waive that right under Art. 16(a). If you consent, you forfeit the cooling-off period.
If you did not give that consent and want to withdraw within 14 days, email support@weekendflights.app for a full refund.
After 14 days
Subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel anytime from your Stripe receipt link; cancellation stops the next renewal and your access continues until the end of the current paid period.
Swiss consumers
Switzerland does not provide a statutory cooling-off right for digital services, but we apply the same policy as goodwill: 14-day withdrawal if you did not consent to immediate access.
