How cancelling works
Who takes your payment
Pro is sold through Link, a Stripe service, as the merchant of record. Your receipt and your bank statement show Link.
No refunds
We do not refund payments. This includes the 7-day pass, the yearly plan and renewals.
7-day pass
The pass is a one-time payment. It does not renew, and you do not need to cancel it.
How to cancel the yearly plan
Go to link.com and sign in with the email that you paid with. If you paid as a guest, link.com asks you to create a Link account with that email first. Or email hi@weekendflights.app and we cancel it for you. The cancellation counts from the day that we receive your email. Pro stays active until the end of the year that you paid for. Then it does not renew.
Your statutory rights
If the law of your country gives you a right to withdraw from the purchase or to a refund, for example as a consumer in the EU, that right still applies. This policy does not limit it.
